Guidance
The counseling program at the Middlesex County Vocational and Technical High Schools is comprehensive, coordinated and proactive. It is a vital part of the educational experience afforded students.
The program consists of integrated activities of the school counselors in cooperation with the entire school community. Our program provides the students with the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to effectively cope with daily life and to make decisions about secondary education and career majors, and to provide educational support and planning for students entering the world of work or post-secondary education. The school counselors focus on providing services and activities in four areas: admissions, counseling, placement and post secondary planning.
