    Maya Pandurangan is a senior at the Middlesex County Academy. She is a passionate humanitarian and active member of her school and community. Maya is the president the Red Cross Club, secretary of FBLA, and assistant editor of the Eagle Eye. After spending her summer in the Girls Who Code Immersion Program, Maya was inspired to spread her enthusiasm for coding to other girls. As such, she is involved in planning Superposition, an all-girls hackathon aimed towards introducing high school girls to coding. She is also a member of ProjectCSGIRLS and develops coding workshops used by middle-school chapters across the nation. Maya plans to continue giving back to her community and advocating for women in tech in the future as well. In the coming fall, she will be a freshman at the Carnegie Mellon School of Computer Science.

    Poojit Hegde is a senior at the Middlesex County Academy for Science, Mathematics, and Engineering Technologies. Poojit loves a challenge, and he finds many through math and science. He loves to tinker with technology, and he has worked on various engineering research projects throughout high school. Poojit also teaches an online math class for students across the country, and he has also volunteered as an instructor for a robotics course. In his free time, he likes to play sports, watch sports, and play sports video games. Poojit plans to study math and computer science in college and pursue a career in technology and research.
