Purva Bommireddy is a senior at the Middlesex County Academy for Science, Mathematics, and Engineering Technologies. She studies Civil/Mechanical Engineering and is currently designing her senior capstone project. In college, she plans to continue her pursuit of engineering to build a more sustainable and resilient future. Purva is actively involved in MCA’s Girl Up Club, Bioengineering Club, National Honor Society and Safety Ambassadors. Outside of school, she leads Bye Bye Plastic Bags NJ and interns with NJ Makers Day. With a dedication to youth education, she has hosted STEM workshops at local libraries and was an assistant teacher at the Edison Hindi school for three years.
Isaac Jaramillo is a senior at the Middlesex County Academy for Science, Math, and Engineering Technologies. He is in the Civil/Mechanical Engineering Track and is currently working on a robotic hand as his senior capstone project. Isaac plans to major in mechanical engineering, and he hopes to one day be a particle physicist and work at CERN. Currently, Isaac is involved in a number of activities in school, including Eagles Soccer, NHS, Academic Team, and History Bowl. Outside of school he is in Boy Scouts and hopes to become an Eagle Scout.
