School of Culinary Arts

  • Baking

    Graduates of the baking program enter culinary careers to become bakers, pastry chefs, managers, and business owners. Students learn production, mixing, molding, bench makeup, and cake decorating. The American Culinary Federation (ACF) certifies this program and students are prepared to take ServSafe exams. This program currently maintains articulation agreements with Atlantic Cape Community College, The Art Institute of Philadelphia, and Johnson & Wales University.


    Culinary Arts

    This program prepares students for the many occupations available in the restaurant industry. Instruction emphasizes understanding essential cooking techniques, sanitation, nutrition, and use of equipment. The American Culinary Federation (ACF) certifies this program. Students are prepared to take the ServSafe Certification exam.
